Mission

Dr. Beth’s mission is to help you and your organization to THRIVE! She provides experiential training on topics critical to individual and organizational health. Please call to discuss your particular needs and desired outcomes!

Introduction: Dr. Beth’s vast experience as a psychotherapist, organizational consultant, speaker, coach, trainer and facilitator over two decades help her to create a transformative experience. Her specialty is helping organizations create a coaching culture that supports employee engagement and flourishing. Beth has over 20-years of experience working with trauma recovery, and improving couple and family relationships. She assists individuals, groups, and organizations in creating happier, healthier lives. Beth is a mother of four amazing adults and has seven grandchildren. She loves riding her beautiful Azteca horse up in the Utah mountains.

Experience: Dr. Beth has worked as a Trainer, Consultant, and Coach for corporations such as Hitachi Data Systems, Oracle, VeriSign, Agile, Amdahl, Ericsson, Novo Nordisk, Autodesk, The Veteran’s Administration, Varian Medical Systems, GeoTab, f5 Networks,  and others. Her coaching curriculum is considered “Best Practices” in the customer support industry. Dr. Beth is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Utah. She has advanced training in EFT, Addictions, Emotionally Focused Marriage Therapy, Crisis Intervention, Family Systems, Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy, Clinical Hypnosis, Psychoneurobiology, Mind-Body Medicine, and Personal and Executive Coaching. Her professional experience includes: Integrative Psychotherapy, Executive Coaching, Speaking, Consulting, Teaching and Training. She teaches in the Integrative Wellness Coaching Program at Saybrook University.

Education: Dr. Beth has a PhD in Mind-Body Medicine: Health Systems, from Saybrook University, a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from Walla Walla University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Washington State University. Beth has the “Master Personal and Executive Coach” certification through the College of Executive Coaching and the National Board of Health & Wellness Coaches certification.
