I am a speaker, researcher, coach, psychotherapist, consultant, facilitator of deep conversations and of personal growth and learning. I have a PhD in Mind-Body Medicine: Health Systems from Saybrook University, a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. I am passionate about personal and organizational health and believe both require a foundation of positive relationships. I help bring wholeness in mind-body and spirit to individuals and organizations. I think that life and work should be "good for you." I have consulted with organizations such as Hitachi Data Systems, Landmark, RIM, Yahoo!, VeriSign, Amdahl, Novo Nordisk, The Veteran's Administration, Autodesk, The Children's Justice Center and many others over 17 years. I help to create positive cultures that promote well-being. My Coach Training Curriculum is considered "Best Practices" in the Customer Support industry and licensed by The Customer Support Consortium, Help Desk Institute and DB Kay & Associates.
I am a certified Master Personal & Executive Coach. My Coaching Curriculum is considered "Best Practices" in Customer Support. My specialty is training internal coaches to support organizational culture change. When I am not working, you will find me riding my beautiful Azteca horse up in the Utah mountains.
