I am a speaker, researcher, coach, psychotherapist, consultant, facilitator of deep conversations and of personal growth and learning. I have a PhD in Mind-Body Medicine: Health Systems from Saybrook University, a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. I am passionate about personal and organizational health and believe both require a foundation of positive relationships. I help bring wholeness in mind-body and spirit to individuals and organizations. I think that life and work should be "good for you." I have consulted with organizations such as Hitachi Data Systems, Landmark, RIM, Yahoo!, VeriSign, Amdahl, Novo Nordisk, The Veteran's Administration, Autodesk, The Children's Justice Center and many others over 17 years.
